Scheduling

Canva creations
Inventory reconciliation/organization
Social media posting/engaging
Community/event outreach and development
Ordering material
Balloon display creation
Assisting with setups
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being organized and works well on the computer but also enjoys the creative side of a service business. I am seeking a piece to my puzzle, a cog to the wheel! Someone who can not only help run the day-to-day operations of communicating with clients, providing quotes and mockups, keeping on top of product and shipments and the like, but also will be able to assist (and eventually do their own!) setups.
*Best suited for someone who is available at random times throughout the week, and on weekends.*
LOCATION: South Huntsville
HOURS: Approx 20 hours/week
SCHEDULE: 70% Remote/30% On-Site
PAY: Starting at $15/hour
